Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging AI Agent SEO Specialist (“the Service”) for SEO work, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AI Agent SEO Specialist provides professional SEO services including technical audits, keyword research, content briefs, Google Business Profile optimisation, competitor analysis, and monthly performance reporting. All work is delivered remotely on a per-project or monthly retainer basis.

3. Client Responsibilities

To receive services, you agree to provide the necessary access to your website, Google Analytics 4, and Google Search Console accounts by adding the designated email as a read-only user. You are responsible for implementing on-site recommendations and maintaining the accuracy of the information you provide.

4. Pricing and Payment

• The Service offers three packages: Starter ($900/month), Growth ($1,200/month), and Scale ($2,100/month).
• All packages require a minimum 3-month commitment.
• Full payment is required upfront before work begins on each period.
• Payments are processed via PayPal.
• Longer commitments (6 or 12 months) receive discounts of 5% and 10% respectively.
• After the minimum commitment, you may cancel with 30 days' notice.
• Pricing may change with 30 days' notice. Existing commitments are honoured at the original rate.

5. Deliverables

Each package includes a defined set of deliverables such as SEO audits, content briefs, GBP optimisation, keyword tracking, and monthly reports. The specific scope is outlined in your chosen package and agreed upon before work begins.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Misrepresent deliverables as your own proprietary methodology when reselling to third parties
• Use the Service to harm or disrupt other websites or services
• Resell or redistribute deliverables without authorisation

7. Data Access and Usage

I access your Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console data via read-only permissions that you grant by adding my email to your accounts. I also use professional SEO tools to analyse publicly available website data. You may revoke analytics access at any time by removing my email from your accounts.

8. Intellectual Property

Reports, audit documents, content briefs, and other deliverables generated for your websites belong to you. The underlying methodologies, processes, and tools used to create them remain the intellectual property of AI Agent SEO Specialist.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. I do not guarantee specific SEO results, rankings, or traffic improvements. SEO recommendations are based on best practices and Google's official guidelines, but search engine algorithms are outside my control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Agent SEO Specialist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement after the minimum commitment period with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding deliverables for the paid period will be completed and project data will be deleted within 30 days upon request.

12. Changes to Terms

I may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
